From the moment I entered the room, I knew this was going to be a special stay. Familiar music filled the air, and to my surprise, my favorite group was playing on the TV. What made it even more meaningful was seeing my own picture appear at the end—such a personal touch! The surprises didn’t stop there. A handwritten welcome note awaited me, and it wasn’t just any note—it included titles of songs by my favorite group, making it clear that the message was truly meant for me. It was heartwarming to see how much effort the staff put into learning what I love, all without even asking me directly. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness went far beyond my expectations. This experience made my stay incredibly memorable, and I genuinely appreciate the team for going above and beyond. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed and seen.

Fabulous service! Fabulous customer service to pool is beautiful. It's warm. Gorgeous views on the city side of it. It's connected right to the mall. The mall's okay. It's not the greatest mall in the world, but it's got definitely a good variety of food. We're on the 21st floor.

Hotel located in the same building with mall, very convenient access to restaurant & shop. Room quite small considering Mercure standard, amenities very basic for *4 hotel. Pool under renovation during my stay so i did not try. Breakfast offers many option but not very tasty. Cleanliness at room could be improved.
