Very nice hotel. All clean. The service was nice. The breakfast good. The gym was ok.
Very good location with many good restaurants in walking distance. The room is large but dated, mostly the bathroom that requires some renovation very soon (I was expecting much more from Mercure). The breakfast is good with several options. Parking works ok (need to pay separated from the room) WiFi is NOT reliable (almost not usable)
Stayed here for over a month. Overall, the stay was ok. The rooms do differ - a colleague had no wardrobe! My room was a good size. The shower is excellent but difficult to get into - crazy position of the door. Maybe it's common in South America but I didn't like that the air conditioning is positioned to blow over me whilst I slept. I could adjust it manually but still not perfect. The staff were excellent throughout the stay. The hotel is closer to a 3 star than a 4 for the quality of the rooms.
