Great Honeymoon Trip! We had a wonderful honeymoon stay! The place was quiet and relaxing, just what we needed. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom was also a good size. We stayed in a room with an ocean view — beautiful and peaceful. My boyfriend didn’t like the color of the main pool at first because he thought the water looked green. I told him it’s just the green tiles — the pool itself was clean. Overall, it was a very good experience and up to the standard of the Accor brand. Would definitely recommend!

We went there as 2 families for a 3 day holiday. All the staff were so kind and attentive. The rooms were geeat and the property was so beautiful. The restaurant staff were really awesome and catered to our needs during every meal. We had dietary restrictions and they accommodated our needs very carefully and made sure that we all were super happy. The front office staff also really helped us very efficiently. Overall an amazing experience. A huge shout out to all the employees!

Stayed as a couple for 3 nights late June 2025. Positives: Staff are friendly and helpful Rooms are nice and clean Breakfast is great Quiet location Private beach Negatives: Advertised activities are NOT AVAILABLE: No Kayaking (see photos) No Paddleboards (see photos) Outdoor Spa closed (see photos) The advertised Sauna is only available in a Spa package (Starts at 3100 baht for 3 hours) Bar closed So basically the place is running with skeleton staff with many of the advertised things being unavailable, these things are not explained when booking nor are they explained when checking in. You only find out when you want to use them. i.e. Plan to spend a day kayaking or paddleboarding the local beaches? Too bad, not happening. Plan to spend the night at the bar? Unlucky, you'll need to make other arrangements. Plan to spend the day in the Spa? No, think again, you'll need to go elsewhere for that or pay 3100 baht to use a Spa service. I realize it's low season but you should really tell people that certain activities/amenities are not available during low season. If the advertised activities/amenities were available I'd give it 5 stars, as it is I feel misled and cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Overall: Bitterly disappointed, I hold the Accor group to a higher standard. Let down tremendously. The Hotel obviously doesn't care about its customers, look at the negative reviews and look at the Standard response they "cut and paste" into their response, basically "Sorry, we're not sorry, thanks for your money sucker, please come again and we can do it to you again" Mercure Quality Guarantee? Not worth the paper it's printed on!
