The Suite room was very amazing and spacious. I really love the location that it is close to the KL Sentral. The breakfast was amazing with lot of options. A late check out possibility was also given to me and I really appreciate it.
The room was lovely and the view was incredible. However, the bathroom was quite cramped and difficult to get in and out. One night, two people tried to enter our room around midnight and were loud for a good half hour — it made us feel quite uneasy. The food was below average. A banana split turned into watermelon with ice cream, and my fruit platter was mostly unripe melon. We also had issues with the laundry service — it wasn’t delivered as promised and we had to follow up twice, as they forgotten about it. The stay had its moments, but overall it didn’t meet expectations.
New hotel so the interior feels great. Software needs to be improve for sure. Both me and my friend are Accor gold member and they only recognize one even if we are both staying in separate rooms. Gym is pathetic. A rack of weight doesn’t cost much. Lobby bar has nothing but some beers and dead croissants. We did not even take our breakfast after day 2 because it was that bad. Overall it’s a C- experience
