A Wonderful Stay for the Whole Family! It was such a pleasant experience for me and my family to stay in this hotel. I absolutely loved the lobby ambience—an open space that’s not too big, but very cozy and welcoming, complete with a charming fish pond. Every morning, my kids were excited to feed the fish—it became our little routine and added a special touch to our mornings! Our room was on the ground floor, right by the fish pond, which made the view so calming. The easy access to the beach was a big plus, and the hotel also has a spacious parking area, which made everything hassle-free. The room itself was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We were lucky to get connecting rooms, which made it super convenient for us as a family. I know these rooms are limited, so I really appreciated that. Overall, Mercure Kuta Beach Bali gave us a great balance of comfort, convenience, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely come back!

Great Hospitality and Service for Our Company Meeting I had a company meeting at Mercure Kuta Beach Bali for three days, and the hotel provided the best service they could. We had a few last-minute requests, and the staff handled everything with a smile and no complaints, which made us feel truly welcome. I’m writing this review because I believe they genuinely deserve recognition. I actually stayed here once before, back in 2010, so it’s been quite a while. I noticed that the hotel has been improved and renovated since then. Of course, it’s not a brand-new property, but I really appreciate their effort and warm hospitality in making guests feel comfortable. Thank you, Mercure Kuta team, for the great experience!
