Without a doubt this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Ukraine. As an English man who came here in 2023 to fight in the war I’ve never stayed anywhere like this. Always professional, polite and welcoming. They clean my clothes and hang them up in my wardrobe. They feed me amazing food and always treat me amazingly.. I will never stay anywhere else in Kyiv other than here. This quality hotel and service back home in England would easily be £250+ a day and here it’s only £50 a day. I’m have nothing bad to say about this hotel.
The rooms were well maintained and provides a quiet environment for a safe and comfortable stay. The restaurant food was also tasty and true value for money. The stay was for business and short and hence couldn't explore other facilities available in the hotel
The hotel is terribly dark. Such a depressing atmosphere. The breakfast is terribly poor. During previous stays the breakfast was better. It is excellent at Ibis Kijów City, even though it is a lower standard hotel. The room was OK. Clean. Everything worked.
