Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang

This is a beautiful hotel, very nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff (especially Athira of reception). Rice Garden Restaurant serves very delicious food. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had Mercure II function room for training. The room was just the right size and convenient. Equipment was easy to use and reliable. We were served tasty food during tea breaks. Coffee machine serving espresso, cappuccino and latte etc was available at the function room.

Very friendly staff, that always had a smile to you. Good breakfast and dinner, but it is recommended not to book within last hour of opening. Waited almost 40min for our food. Rooms are clean and cleaned on requests by pushing button in the room. Some noise from the pool if you have room towards the pool. More noise coming from the hall outside the room as the doors stop very little sound. Hope for quiet neighbours in the morning and night time, depending if you are A or B person 😉. Good location and nice pool area.

A decent upmarket accommodation if you are looking for one at Pantai Cenang. The room is spacious. Bathroom is nicely stocked with shampoo, body wash and conditioner of good brand. Fittings are good and looks new. Bed is superbly huge and with comfy mattress n pillows. Location wise, it is a bit away from the beach but it is near to the mall and many eateries and shops. Staff are very polite and helpful. Shifa, The Guest Relation Officer was approachable and intuitive to the needs of guests. Oh! I love those paintings at the Art Gallery.
