We had a perfect stay! It was a clean hotel. Our room was nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The check-in employees spoke English, which was wonderful. During the big blackout of the whole country, our hotel used their generators and kept our electricity and water going for us. We are extremely thankful for that! Thank you for a wonderful experience in your country!

Had a great stay at the hotel. We selected the area as we were attending a concert nearby. The area is much quieter than the centre and not over crowded. Shopping centre and museums are only a 15 min walk away. Supermarket, train and metro only 5 mins walk. Only a 5-10 min Bolt/taxi away from the centre/marina. The hotel decor is slightly tired, however it was spotless! The reception, bar, breakfast and chamber maids were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was ok with a decent enough selection. Rooftop pool and fluffy towels are provided by reception.

Overall I had a good experience. The staff was always extremely nice and helpful. They spoke very good english too. They all deserve a raise. The hotel is overall calm but for noise sensitive people like me I recommend earplugs. The rooms towards the road are exposed to a restaurant that plays loud music until 02:00 (nothing wrong with that, just bring earplugs!). The pool area was clean and pleasant which made the very high temperatures much more bearable. If I have to complain about anything, the breakfast could do with some more variety, and especially vegetables (tomato, cucumber, you name it). There were some vegetarian options which was very nice but overall (like all of Lisbon) this was rather limited.
