Mercure London Earls Court

I had a very Nice stay. We loved the breakfast so much, especially the attention from the staff, Adams and Anna who were so nice and helpful. The hotel is good, it's clean and comfy. The location is not the best, you can get anywhere by metro but it's not that nice on weekends and busy hours in general. Thanks to the staff who made our stay very nice and enjoyable

We had a wonderful stay, made truly exceptional by Kendra. She was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and attentive throughout our visit. Her professionalism and kindness stood out from the moment we arrived, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Because of the outstanding service she provided, my partner and I have already decided this will be our go-to hotel for our next visit. Thank you, Kendra, for making our experience so memorable!

I recently stayed at the Ibis Earls Court and wanted to share how wonderful the experience was especially thanks to the lovely Elise at reception. She greeted me with such a warm, genuine smile that immediately made me feel welcome. Elise went above and beyond by recognising my preference for a quiet room away from lift areas, and even arranged for it to be on a higher floor, which I really appreciate. This thoughtful touch set the tone for a relaxed and comfortable evening. Later, I visited Barnaby’s Bar in the hotel, which was the perfect spot to unwind super relaxing with a great atmosphere. A big thank you to Elise for her exceptional service. It’s the kind of welcome that really makes a stay memorable!
