Mercure Luxor Karnak

Awesome quiet place . I know its far from things to do and city but still worth it. I loved it.. the staffs are already ready to help and so friendly . Your satisfaction is most important for them. I didn't like the first room without views they changed it as soon as I told them and this made me so happy. The food was so yummy and they were ready to help with whatever we wished for. Everything was perfect . The hotel had beautiful relaxing views so beautifully constructed. Lot of bird watching for bird lovers. Little more cleanliness i would love to give 6 stars.

We had a great time here! The hotel was held up to high standards. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us resolve any issues and provided us with a very high customer service experience. I really enjoyed the hotel itself, the atmosphere, the location on the Nile River and the room cleaniness. I also really liked the convenience of the taxi service so you don't have to worry about finding transportation and I liked the convenience of the gift shops which are actually very much more affordable than outside of the hotel. We bought some gifts from the gift shop and Peter, shop owner, made us basically feel like friends. Only thing I wish they had was trips that's guests can book through the hotel but that wasn't an issue at all as the taxi driver helped us make an itinerary. Great experience and if I return to Luxor, I will be staying at Mercure.

This hotel is excellent! Especially the staff is really friendly and helpful! They made our stay amazing! Also, the beds were super comfortable and the rooms were always clean and neat. The yard and the pool area were perfect to relax and the view you get is wonderful! Thanks to the great location at the nile, the sun rises and sun sets are beautiful to watch! Furthermore, the food at the hotel was delicious, the drinks as well! I would totally recommend a stay in this hotel!
