service is really good, from the reception and the restaurant, which always makes a hotel stay a pleasureable experience
Bathroom shower rusted out, poor pressure and lack of warm water. Service was good. Very helpful staff. Buffet was mediocre but again staff was great. Location close to beach was nice with restaurants close by.
The rooms and furnishings are very dated with obvious signs of wear and tear, lapsed or inadequate maintenance and clear defects. The food was okay for room service and I did not experience the restaurant as part of my 7 days. Views were great although the sliding doors to the balcony did not operate fully. One locked on day one and would not release but the other worked fine. The air conditioning did not function, the shower and sink did not function correctly and mainly spewed out hot water only. The hot water tap leaked and the safe in the room and the locking mechanism was not present.
