We stayed in room 706, which had a terrace and lounge furniture. This junior suite was fantastic! It was modern, spacious, and bright. The breakfast was perfectly chosen with local products, ensuring a great start to the day. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel's location was perfect! It was easy to explore the city on foot and discover the many restaurants and bars.
From check-in to check-out, everything can be rated out of 10. The only point of note is the fragrance in the rooms. It is delicious and gives an air of cleanliness and freshness, but in excess it can be a little sickly. This time I stayed in a single room, which was very well equipped with quiet air conditioning. The breakfast is well-stocked with local and international delicacies. Churros with hot chocolate are the essence of Madrid! Be sure to try them, and if they are not on the buffet, the waitresses will bring them to you with a smile.
The hotel is advertised as a 4-star, but in reality, it feels more like a solid 3-star property. The location is definitely the highlight — it’s perfect for exploring Madrid, very central and convenient. The service was friendly and professional, the staff were always helpful. However, the rooms were quite basic and didn’t fully meet the expectations I had for a 4-star hotel. Overall, it’s a decent place if location is your top priority, but the room quality could use some improvement.
