We love the hot water and AC. The receptionists and restaurant staffs there are all so friendly and helpful. I love that they add handsoab in the bathroom. Need to improve: housekeeping are newbies, they can do better cleaning tables and floors. Tissues are too small and thin. It feels like toilet tissues, sticky if wet. If only they are thicker, we will use them less in each time using it. Breakfast is ok, can be better in variations. Towels and bedding are old. More bleach will be great to remove old stain.
