On of the 4-star hotels in Manado city. Has good facilities, friendly service, good rooms with balconies, only the food at breakfast served is just so-so, the rest is good.
Good value for the size. But the facility is quite rundown and getting dirty. It is not well taken care of. The Soto Ayam in the restaurant is quite good. Surprisingly, the chicken parmigiana is very good! Other items were not as exciting. It was a very nice place to get away for a few days. Service was the High Point. People were very helpful.
Deluxe room was mediocre. No cold fridge. Ac was good. The property is nice but the service was very slow. Maybe it was because we went during Christmas break and it was busy or they are short staffed. The food was ok. I recommend you go to breakfast between 6-7am when holidays or you won't have any food or seats. The pool was nice. Recommendations for hotel: - more accomodations in room (coffee/tea) - add cold fridges - better customer service Overall the price for the hotel doesn't match the quality overall. The property is nice but the service was not great so either lower the price or improve customer service
