Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa

Our wedding in July 25 was more than I could have imagined from start to finish. The wedding planner Charlotte was amazing and made all requests a reality adding to our day. Bridal suite was spacious and clean and situated in prime location. Grounds are well kept and looking forward to seeing our wedding photographs and video. Breakfast had something for everyone as a very relaxed feeling. The hotel was able to accommodate all my requests and went above and beyond I would recommend this venue to anybody.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The only negative is, we only stayed for 1 night. Everything was perfect. Plenty of parking. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. The food and drink selection is spot on. From bar snacks, wood fired pizza to full on restaurant menu. The spa is a very relaxing place to be. Swimming pool, aroma room, sauna, steam room, loungers and the almost outside jacuzzi pool. I could have spent hours looking at the tranquil outdoors view from that pool. We stayed in a privileged superior room. It had plenty of space, a brilliant view, very well presented, clean, decent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. We will definitely back. Next time for at least a couple of days.

Stayed here for business this week with colleagues. I had stayed at this hotel before so I’d put it forward for this trip. Another super stay , great facilities, great food both breakfast and evening meal and super leisure facilities which were free to use unlike another big chain who charge you for that privilege. All staff were polite and personable, but a special mention to the lovely lady on reception who always greeted us with a smile and some friendly conversation and ensured I had my evening chocolate fix !
