Fantastic location, bedroom was, size wise a little on the small side but it was only for sleeping in after all. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. The lady called Rose was brilliant & added positively to the whole experience. Give that woman a promotion! Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location & friendly staff.

Our room was lovely and clean, but the bathroom showed a lot of wear (the tiles are peeling and the bath needs regrouted). The door is also very warped and hard to close and/or open which lead to a few concerning moments. The staff at the hotel, however, have been nothing but helpful and delightful to work with. In particular our server at breakfast - Abbie - has helped provide a lovely start to the day with her unfailingly helpful and positive attitude and sunny disposition.

😍 + Location is fantastic ❤️ close to transport links. +Breakfast was really good with a number of options. +Restaurant staff were very helpful and actually SMILED. ,😢 -Too warm and, NO air-conditioning system 😢 -The gym that made me book this place ended up as a farce (was inaccessible after day 1 -Toilet didn't flush properly unless you did it twice or thrice. - NO telephone in the room however, Sophia at the reception was absolutely very warm in explaining why. Finally, this is not a complaint but an observation, I think reception staff should at least smile and acknowledge customers with a simple "hello, can I help you"? The funny colour haired lady at the reception just stared weirdly at me as I waited for her attention. I would stay again for the Breakfast and location. ❤️
