I have been staying at this hotel 4 -5 times a year for the last 5 years. They have improved the attention and quality of service. Very friendly at the reception. The rooms are good, clean and quiet. Waiters in charge of the bar/restaurant are, in my opinion, fantastic and professional. Dinning was good as ussual a d They serve you fast. Congratulations to the bar and restaurant personnel. Only breakfast I would recommend to check refill more often as I went 3 days 15 mins waiting for scrambled eggs and orange juice with no success. In a 4 stars hotel this wouldn't happen.
Service at the restaurant was good. We arrived just before the kitchen was closed, but they made sure we could order dinner. Room condition was average and location likewise.
I stayed in hotel for two nights. First morning no hotwater in shower. During the day whole shower faucet was changed. Next night the electricity in my room has been cut off for hours. I do not dare to think what will happen if I would stay one more night. No thanks! And no one in reseption seems to truly care….
