Mercure Millau

Well located hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. The pressure in the shower was very weak, and the shower screen didn't stop the water going onto the floor.

A lovely Central hotel. The rooms were nice, very comfortable, and had been recently refurbished. The bathroom was clean but the shower was very old and lacked pressure. I was given a room that seemed very tucked away but I am greatful for the absolutely lovely view it had! The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was quite varied. I wish I'd seen the offer they had of coffee and croissant in the bar before paying for a full breakfast but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I really liked this hotel and will hopefully return soon.

The location is great. Unfortunately for the money we paid we were not happy with this hotel. In total for a room with a view of the millau bridge, with 2 breakfasts and parking we paid 200 euros. The Air Conditioning did not work, well it was on but having no affect. Normally wouldn't matter but we have a baby and it was 27 degrees at night. Also we let our baby crawl on the floor, after doing this for 2 min we realised his legs were literally black. The floor was filthy, even when we come out the shower or having out shoes off had the same affect for us. Other than this the staff on arrival were helpfull, good speedy check in and very polite. Good access for prams and people with special needs. Ramps and lifts. Place just needs better cleaners and maintaining.
