The stay was pleasant and did not face any disturbances. The staff at reception, room service and the lady at the buffet reception was very friendly.
Good city centre hotel, with decent rooms.
This Mercure is in a very nice building, although it would benefit from a good renovation project, especially in the room interiors and features. The room, apart from the outdated look & feel, was spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok and the staff generally kind and helpful
