Quite nice Hotel, for a stop-over, we booked very short term and were extremely happy to get a room. Friendly staff and a big breakfast Buffet with all the nice French treats like pain au chocolat, croissants etc. Recommended
Well located hotel, easy to get to the city centre on foot, the tram is also only a few steps away from the hotel. Polite and helpful staff, the room was clean. It would be nice to have slippers in the room. The bed was not very comfortable, nor were the pillows. Also we were disappointed that there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room…especially when it’s hot outside and you would like to have a cold bottle of water when you come back to the room.
Very poor quality hotel & service In the room the option to regulate the temeptute is turned off and in November when it is 15 degrees outside the hotel explains 25 degrees in the room by running the central heating. As a result, the room is hot, it is impossible to relax, or to sleep. Carpet, curtains are stained and wall corners are full of dust. In addition, the gym is very poorly equipped and is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., which the booking does not inform about. There is also no information anywhere about the renovation and the constant noise. Horrible experience, the stuff is not helpful at all.
