This hotel is super, super nice. It’s very clean and their employees are always helpful. I have an emergency case and need to print out my document and they help me instantly. It really saves my day. Anyone who will consider to find a hotel, I will 100% recommend Mercure hotel. You will have nice living experience here for sure.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya Hotel, and it was a great experience. The overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful, making it perfect for those who appreciate a quiet stay. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest, and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of tasty options to choose from, which was a real highlight for me. I also want to give special thanks to the staff for accommodating my request for a late check-out. It made my departure much more convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Moscow who is looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxed environment. Would definitely stay again!
