We had to make an unscheduled stop in Nancy after a breakdown—and luckily ended up at the Mercure Nancy. There was nothing we asked for that wasn't provided. We would love to come back and have the fondest memories of both Nancy and the Mercure! Merci beaucoup encore une fois : )
As an ALL Diamond member I visit many Accor hotels but I am taking the time to write this feedback as I was really impressed by the team. From the welcoming at arrival to check out I was really treated as a very valuable guest. Bravo!!!
Had a really lovely stay of three nights here. The location is super convenient, amenties nice, but the beat thing about the stay was the staff, who was absolutely lovely and beyond helpful. Thank you!
