Hotel is centrally located and very good starting point for all traffic in Naples, whether you choose to travel by car, boat, train, plane or metro. Walking distance to all amenities, and otherwise you take the metro or taxi to where you want. Clean room with all necessary equipment and air conditioning, friendly staff, great terrace with a view for both breakfast and dinner. And you get value for money. Will choose this hotel next time we are in Naples.

Room is big enough, the location is convenient for visiting the city (of course it is noisy a bit as it is vibrant city that maybe never sleeps but after all that is the city centre life-nobody to blame. Though when there is no air conditioning, opening the window and getting the noise is the only option. This should be improved by the hotel.). We like very much the view from the breakfast area as one see the waterfront and the castle - both are quite majestic. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, super professional - big thanks to her.

Dear Team, I recently stayed at the Mercure Napoli Centro Angellano with a group of eight, and I'd like to share my experience. Firstly, the hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant overall. However, we faced a few challenges with communication. At the start of our trip, we requested a shuttle van for eight people to go to Pompeii, but only six seats were booked, which caused some confusion and inconvenience. Additionally, on our departure day, we requested two large taxis for our group and our luggage, but two small cars were sent instead, almost causing us to miss our train. We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, which inconvenienced two members of our party. While the hotel sent a bottle of wine as a gesture, it would have been more appreciated if there had been a price adjustment since no one in our group drinks wine. In summary, while we enjoyed the location and the room quality, the communication issues did detract from our experience. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future guests. Thank you for your attention.
