Staff was nice, VIP rooms on the 5th floor were good. Beds seem to be really new (box spring with topper) and I thought it was really comfortable. Mini fridge with free full size water, soft drink and snacks. Breakfast was good, really loved the crepes/pancakes! The decor throughout the hotel was really cool! location was convenient for me, direct bus line from Frankfurt Süd and express buses towards the airport and lufthansa base. Things to improve: Shower needs a deep clean and the shower drain was a bit smelly. Cleaners left shoe print marks on the floor after mopping. No slippers or robe available. A/C unit didn't work. I thought it was too hot (and I'm usually one who likes it warm).
Really good Hotel for Business Trips or a Visit/Work at the Frankfurter Messe. Nice Rooms (especially 527), Good Breakfast, Good Gym, Parking Garage, WIFI. Everything you need to stay productive. 💪🏼 Plenty of Restaurants and Grocery Stores within walking distance. And a large Sony Playstation Store in the Building next Door if that is of interest. 😁
It worked for a pleasant one night stay. Hotel is clean and comfortable.
