I had a truly memorable stay at Mercure Nha Trang Beach. The hotel is brand new with a modern, elegant design and spotless facilities. My room had a stunning view of the ocean, and I could watch the sunrise right from the balcony. The rooftop pool was absolutely breathtaking perfect for a relaxing swim or evening cocktail. The staff were all exceptionally warm and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. Highly recommended for both vacation and business trips!
Booked here for 5 nights and extended another 3 as I absolutely loved it here. Firstly, Mr Tu and his team provide genuine hospitality and excellent personal levels of service to cater to you. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms and furnishings are sparkling new. The beach is just across the road from the hotel! A perfect vacation! Thank you!
Morning buffet is a disaster. Lack of variety. For the Vietnamese soup they use Penne Pasta instead of Noodle. The bread is either too hard or too soft. No choice. The bacon was full of fat and not cooked and more....Definitely not at the standard of a Mercure hotel.
