This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my time in Nice — both in terms of location and service! The hotel is perfectly situated: just steps from the beach and right behind the charming Old Town. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Although check-in is officially at 2 PM, the staff kindly helped me check in early, which I really appreciated. What truly impressed me, though, was the service I received when I lost one of my clothing items. Rafed at the front desk went above and beyond — he spent a lot of time helping me search for it, and eventually found it. I was so touched by his effort and professionalism. Everything about my stay felt smooth and warm thanks to him. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Nice!
Wonderful location! Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the double balcony room which has incredible views of the Promenade and water. Worth the money! Hotel is 2 stories and does not have an elevator but the staff helps with your luggage. That would not keep us from staying there again!! Breakfast was great too. Absolutely recommend this hotel.
This was the perfect location for a short stay in Nice - directly across from the water with a pedestrian crossing, short walk to the heart of Old Town (passing through the excellent open air market on Cours Selaya) and the panoramas from atop the hill. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and full of both the expected basics and little extra nods (soda, fan). The breakfast was absolutely spectacular!! Check-in was smooth, and the fast check-out was perfect for catching my taxi to the airport. The only thing to keep in mind are the stairs if you have heavy bags (thankfully I was on the ground floor, but still had 1 flight from street level to the reception).
