Mercure Palu

Good place, I got a sea view from my room. Overall the room was nice clean and comfy. For breakfast, i think need to improve the bakeries (I try croissant & danish). Advantage: this hotel is near the famous Kaledo restaurant in town.

The best hotel in Palu - Central Sulawesi. The quality of service is excellent, spacious and clean room. Wifi incredibly fast and free. Food really delicious, breakfast menu variative and the best traditional food of Central Sulawesi provided here. Located near Palu Bay and the Iconic Palu Bridge and Tourism places. Near from the biggest Mall in the city. The most important thing of all that all the staff are smiling and so friendly. My paradise in Palu.

The location is great because it is exactly at the front of Talise beach. They offer a great range of breakfast and some are actually good. I took a superior room for a business trip and the room is quite spacious, neat, and tidy. Unfortunately when I arrived the AC didn't work, though they insisted that there was nothing wrong with it :(. And mind that I checked in at 10.30 pm. Obviously I wanted to rest immediately. After more than an hour of waiting, two technicians coming to my room, and asking repeatedly to change the room, FINALLY it worked and I could rest. However, realizing that it is a well known hotel, surely this kind of experience is not good and even annoying. Hopefully this may be a feedback for improvement for them.
