Overall good stay. Rooms were neat. Had good access to public transport. Should equip rooms with hot iron. The AC was also not great during peak summer - at least they had a smaller portable unit that helped with the heat.
This is certainly not a four star hotel. Staff was friendly, but as many others have written already, staff enters your rooms despite the 'do not disturb sign.' This is unaccaptable. Rooms are in need of renovation and were not clean (like the hotel more broadly). There was no air-conditioning, only weak fans and one window which could be slightly open. There was hardly air in the room, while a few days ago there were 38 degrees outside. I do not recommend staying here.
if there is zero star i’ll rate it ZERO. the first time I stay in a hotel without AIR CONDITION. they said there was a technical issue but they were lying since we stayed 4 days and it didn’t work. we couldn’t change as our reservation was non refundable. plus the rooms already have fans so they turned of the AC on purpose. the rooms had bad smell and the cleanness was very poor
