Comfy enough. Very little lounge space, although there is a pleasant park nearby. The breakfast was ok. Very dependent on when you got up. The restaurant staff didn't seem particularly happy in their work. However, that could be down to customers regularly trashing the waffle maker.

Out of entire hotel, the best is lady from reception (originally from Peru/Croatia). Other than that - rooms, dirty, dust, hair at the floor, shower leaking and not properly working (very hot water mostly). Food nothing special, so so. Guy who wad cleaning the breakfast area not professional (one rag for all). This is far from 4* hotel. Never again.

We were very disappointed with our stay because of the poor response when we raised concerns re there being no air conditioning whilst the temperature outside was over 30 degrees centigrade. It was impossible to sleep as our room facing the main road was boiling. We had to have the door open which meant constant traffic noise. Reception informed us lots of people had complained but there was nothing they could do because someone had to come and fix it and they didn’t know when this would happen. I asked to speak to the manager and they said he was not available neither was the deputy manager. They gave me an email address to which he did not respond. The air conditioning was fixed by our last night but was rubbish having no power and made little difference. We had a ‘superior’ room supposedly but it was quite basic. Staff were lovely but unable to help. I felt sorry for them as they had no management support at all seemingly. Location was good close to the metro. I would not recommend this hotel.
