Breakfast could have been better, we paid for breakfast to be made for us not for us to be making it. There could have been a fan in the room as the A/C was working but would take a while to cool down a small room. The cleaning crew could have at least tried to speak to us in either Spanish or English instead of French as I asked them if they knew either. Check-in was supposed to be at 3p, we got there at 6p and they sent us to a room that was not clean yet. Very unacceptable.
Service at front desk was great but someone needs to sort out the bar and restaurant. One guy running around like a headless chock while 4 others did nothing. So slow service. To top it off it was a Roland gaeos hotel and they didn't have the subscription to watch the night games. Unbelievable!
