Mercure Paris Butte Montmartre Basilique

I have absolutely loved my stay here at the Mercure. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. Each day, my room had been made exactly the way it was when I checked in. The room is much bigger than the photos advertised. It is in the perfect location for walking anywhere you want to go. With quaint and authentic Parisian cafes and bakery’s aplenty. Thank you so much to the team here for their service. It made my stay that much better 👌

I would rate my stay at this hotel around a 6 to 7 out of 10. The hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. However, the room was missing a few essentials, like a towel rack or hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes. Additionally, there was no shelf for toiletries in the shower. One more inconvenience was the air conditioning, which kept shutting off after a few hours due to a motion sensor, making it a bit annoying to constantly adjust it at night. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved

Great location, the rooms are pleasantly spacious and our balcony had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. However, I had hoped to purchase an upgrade to get a room with a sauna like other guests, but unfortunately, this was not possible. Sadly, there were no chairs on the balcony, so we had to eat our breakfast sitting on the floor, which was a bit disappointing. The cleaning service was very good every day. I would book it again because of the location and the price, but only a room on the 8th or 9th floor — all other rooms are not worth the price, and I believe you can find better hotels.
