Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention

At 5 minutes from the autonomous train that runs from 4.00am till late, this is a great location to catch an early flight. Mercure is true to its reputation, nice room, extremely nice staff. A short but nice stay.

I had a great stay at the Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. My room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained which is perfect for a comfortable stay near the airport. The hotel is ideally located close to Charles de Gaulle Airport, and there’s also a free airport shuttle service that runs frequently both to and from the terminals, making it extremely convenient, especially for early morning or late-night flights. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant, which offered a good selection of dishes and quality service ,a great option when you don’t feel like heading out after a long flight. Whether you’re traveling for business or just passing through, this hotel offers convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality.

I was not impressed with having to pay an additional 50 euros in order to check in a couple of hours early after an overseas flight - the room was ready, you seriously needed to charge me an extra 50 euros? Cash grab. Anyways, the room is in need of a refresh (the whole building is, except the lounge and restaurant) but was clean and quiet. The pool is super basic but good enough! There was a young woman at the front desk that was wonderful - honestly, she made our stay at this hotel so much better! She was kind and interested to know more about me and where I come from. We had the buffet breakfast and it was surprisingly decent!! The selection was great (except for the canned fruit) - overall, very decent!! We booked here because we were travelling with a child and wanted a pool but truthfully I’m not sure we’d return. The extra 50 euro charge really turned us off - next time we’ll go to Moxy or Courtyard Marriott next door. Oh - one last note - there’s a good playground for kids outside the hotel … a bonus!
