We had a pleasant stay at the Mercure Hotel Paris Eiffel. The hotel is in a fantastic location—just a short walk from the iconic Eiffel Tower, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The overall ambience of the hotel was excellent, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff were very friendly and approachable. However, there were a couple of drawbacks regarding the room. We noticed a leakage from the washbasin, and unfortunately, the room wasn't properly cleaned when we checked in. Even after requesting housekeeping, the room wasn't cleaned during our stay. Aside from these issues, everything else was great, and we appreciated the service and hospitality provided by the team.
