The tiny hotel is perfectly located with the metro only 50 feet away!! They must up their air conditioning game in the summer for sure but it's Paris so they won't care. Breakfast is NOT included. Convenient store about 50 feet away as well, perfect
A lesser hotel then I am used from Mercure. Rooms are not clean. Everywhere hair and toothpaste in the bathroom, too small bathroom. Air conditioner not working. Very warm room. Every day I needed to go to the reception, because the door pass did not work anymore. And that was a walk outside across a square. Let’s finish with a positive note: breakfast was just good.
I stayed at the Hotel Mercure La Defence Grande Arche for a week from 7th June 2025.The welcoming /reception team is very pleasant and extremely helpful especially Marianna. Marianna is friendly and always willing to help and provide solutions to a client's needs. The hotel serves an amazing breakfast though the male staff in the restaurant are a bit rude and rigid even when a customer explains their need. For a 4 star hotel, I found the room to be very basic but also not cleaned well at all... The cleaning and servicing team has a lot to do to improve. That said, I loved the location and it's accessibility to the train station and a large mall as well as several eating places.
