Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacré Coeur

Had such an amazing stay with my partner at Mecure! The location is absolutely impeccable with the metro just a few steps away. The room itself was quite comfortable for the two of us, with plenty of space and great amenities. The service from all staff was highly professional and very hospitable. Can definitely recommend staying here and i probably will again.

Great location away from the bustle. Everything is very walkable. Great value for the size of the room. Beautiful view. Clare at front desk was so helpful. She helped us figure out the subway system and provided all of her local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Montmartre!

The location is fantastic - walkable to the Metro, and in a location that allows very easy access to all Montmarte has to offer. Front desk staff were terrific. Rooms are generous (for Paris!) and our room had a beautiful view and was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant is a bit of a mess. The breakfast buffet is below average (empty selections for ~30 minutes). For some reason, management thought it would be an excellent idea to have someone vacuum the breakfast space at 945am for 15 minutes while guests were trying to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Dumb. Kitchen closes most of the day, and the evening service is awful. 15 minutes waiting (not busy) and ended up having to ask for service both times I visited. 100% a management issue as the young staff there are very friendly and doing their best in what I saw to be a trying environment. And no kids menu options - also dumb. As a heads up, there is a picture on a popular booking site showing a rooftop breakfast overlooking Paris - this doesn't exist. Use the ALL images as reference only, they are accurate. I would stay here again but wouldn't bother including breakfast or eating here - there are significantly better options at your doorstep.
