We really enjoyed this hotel. We were able to walk to many places in Paris and if we didn’t, there were many transport options. We had a great check in from Leni and our room had a lovely balcony. We were able to sit out there once and have our dinner. I would not hesitate to stay here again because of the staff and it’s location.
The hotel is modern and secured. The location is good. Just walking distance or few minutes drive to major attractions. Breakfast was good. Staff members were friendly. When I ordered dinner from the front desk, Pizza, it was made in about 15 minutes and I paid for it and it was delivered. The Pizza was delicious. The shower, though, doesn't have a door or shower curtains. So water splashes onto the bathroom floor. The toilet could not flash one night but when I called the front desk, a staff member came to fix it. Overall, Mercure Paris Opera Garnier Hotel and Spa is a good hotel and I will stay there again in the future when I visit Paris, France.
Nice hotel, in a very convenient location. The room was very small, only 12sq meters, disproportionate to the daily rate of 280€ without breakfast. The milk in the room expired long ago and they could leave a new bottle of water daily.
