Good location and friendly front desk staff. The room is small and very generic, for a 4star hotel definitely missing charm and toiletries. Housekeeping staff is not very well trained. The hotel is Ok if you’re on business trip and staying for one or two nights.
Friendly staff, good and generous breakfast. Room was a box room which was costing my biz over 200 euros per night. Had to have air conditioner on at night as no sheet provided just a quilt. Tiny bathroom. Had to go and buy a pillow for 35 euros as the pillows are like cardboard. Come on Mercure, upgrade your bedding a bit!
Good location and privilege room is not bad size for a Paris hotel. Air con was however broken and the bathroom smelt sligtly of sewage. If you need a baby cot this is the one they provide. We recommend bringing your own fitted sheet for it as the hotel only provides a normal bed sheet which doesn't fit well.
