Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo

The hotel has excellent parking, which is a huge plus if you’re arriving by car. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly polite and welcoming. The front desk staff were especially kind, patient, and attentive — I was always greeted with a smile. The housekeeping team was also lovely, always greeting us in the hallways with warmth and friendliness. We were also very well taken care of by the breakfast staff, who made each morning pleasant. Our room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable — I slept like a rock! Without a doubt, I would happily return to this hotel. Highly recommended!

I loved my stay at this hotel—it simply gets the little things right. The shower controls are cleverly placed on the opposite wall, so you don’t get splashed turning it on; the staff are genuinely welcoming; the pillows keep their shape; the bed is wonderfully comfortable; and the breakfast is satisfying (though a bowl of Greek yogurt for gut health would have been the cherry on top). Their commitment to sustainability is clear, too—water-refill stations in the corridors are a thoughtful touch. All in all, highly recommended.

Spent 5 nights in early July. Rooms are nice and air conditioned. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for the price. Location is close to public transportation, so we had access to anywhere we needed in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely come back.
