Mercure Paris Saint Ouen

I really like the personal, they are super super friendly to every age and it is really fun to talk to them, they make safe you feel comfortable and your happy, mostly mohammed and the girl (i forgot her name🥲☝️) but in general they are super nice. The rooms are also very clean and comfy.

We stayed for three nights and made the reservation ourselves—there were no hidden charges. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was genuinely good. The internet worked perfectly, and thanks to excellent soundproofing, we didn’t notice any noise from inside or outside. The hotel is located on the outer edge of the broader city center, and places like Montmartre and Pigalle are within walking distance. Nearby are metro lines 13 and 14, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood felt safe—we had no issues even when walking back late at night. The room was a good size and clean.

Very bad experience, we stayed here for 5 days on a buisness trip. We were put on the 6th floor room 618, the windows do not open for safety measure, we felt we were suffocating the whole time ! Usually you can open it a bit at least. There s no common room to work in the hotel except a small part of the lobby, the other part is for the restaurant. The biggest problem i had was finding insects in my room, which made me really uncomfortable. The staff is nice but veryyy unprofessional, they do not know how to handle situations. And for some reason whenever i was working and tried to order a coffee ( which i can pay for) they started whispering to eachother for like 10 mins and then a guy nods that it s fine.. that s not the level of service i expect from such a hotel. Very disappointed
