We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was truly exceptional — the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, and the overall ambience was calm, welcoming, and very comfortable. One thoughtful gesture we really appreciated was their effort to accommodate our dietary needs. Although the breakfast buffet had limited vegetarian options, the kitchen staff kindly prepared special fully vegetarian meals for us and even made a separate dish tailored to our child’s preferences. That personal touch really made a difference. However, one thing to be cautious about: we were fined for a stain on the bedsheet that our child accidentally made. While we understand their policy, it would be helpful if they provided a little more flexibility or understanding, especially when it comes to families with young children. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel — just a gentle reminder to be extra careful with the linens to avoid any unexpected charges.

Love this hotel, great location, being close to shopping, the beach, markets and the famous Soi 6. The staff are excellent and make the stay so easy. The room upgrade on check in was a welcome delight, love a suite! The pool was warm, clean and very relaxing, it is low season so there are not many people here so it was really nice. Having a pool downstairs for the kids is great as it means that the adults don't have to put up with loud children and too much splashing. Breakfast has a good selection and the welcome cocktails on arrival were very welcome on a hot day.
