Great staff, very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were newly painted and very modern. Location is super accessible for the city. Breakfast was varied and tasty. We just couldn't connect to the Samsung TV, which isn't really a pain unless you really want to kick back.
The first person at reception, although well dressed, was not the friendliest. On our arrival and during our stay she just seemed aloof. We went to talk to her about our emergency diagram on the door which was not for our room, 415 but for 408 (see the photo) so we would have been struggling to get out in an emergency as our exits were across the hall. She was not concerned and brushed us off. The woman who was handling reception the evening we went to the bar was great and friendly.
Very nice staff, Claire and Mona were super helpfull. If you need a well centred hotel with parking and all the basics this is it. We had Internet, nice bed, clean room the only thing we did not had was a view.
