Mercure Phuket Patong Journeyhub

I recently stayed at the Journeyhub Hotel and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my room. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom was modern and featured all the amenities I needed. The hotel's facilities were also top-notch, including a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and a fantastic restaurant. Overall, my stay at the Journeyhub was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

A very good hotel with a good staff. As I was travelling with the baby they were very understanding and coperative.. I will recommend this hotel to everyone whoever is planning to comes to Phuket.. and moreover there swimming pool is awesome and clean. A special mention of madam prim who is very nice

Rating: 2/10 This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. – The room had a constant smell of mold and dampness. – There was visible humidity damage on the walls and ceiling. – Windows were sealed shut — no fresh air at all. – The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, and there was no ventilation system. – The air conditioner barely worked, making the room even more uncomfortable. – Photos on the booking site are completely misleading — the real condition of the room is much worse. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. This hotel should not be rated higher than 3/10.
