Location perfect for us, parking on site and at the edge of the city. Short walk to the centre and to restaurants Barman was friendly in the hotel bar. We booked via booking.com - something went wrong and the hotel didn’t have the info that we booked with breakfast. Spoke to manager and swiftly resolved for the second day- but we didn’t have breakfast the first day - we should probably have argued the case Sooner. Only 3/5 for the rooms as the beds were quite hard which I don’t like.
Very old, outdated hotel with absolutely no commodities in the room - I felt like I was staying in 1970s. Not even slippers or a kettle in the room - I was feeling a bit sick, and constantly had to go downstairs to the bar to buy tea or ask for hot water. The bed is very old harsh and uncomfortable. It was also very cold in the room and very difficult to set up a comfortable temperature. I cannot believe how this hotel is even part of Accor group.
Rooms completely apuestes, very mall shower and there the water change all the time, you can shower !!! And if you need an iron, you have to go the recepción and iron in the first floor, ridiculous you cannot do it in your room. Works hotel ever!!!
