Mercure Rhodes Alexia Hotel & Spa

We have stayed at this hotel several times last time was only 2 months ago and going back this year. All of the staff from reception, breakfast room, the ladies cleaning the rooms and night staff are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is modern and clean with a good selection of food for breakfast, good size rooms and comfy beds the only down side is you are so close to the street with bars and lots of people at night making it a bit noisy but as soon as your door to the balcony is closed the rooms are very quiet. Apart from my last comment the location is great, beaches 1 minute away Mandraki harbour 10 minutes and only a 20 minute stroll into the old town.

Loved the stay at this Hotel, Room was very clean, Staff very friendly. Never had to ask for any extras, room was tidy, free safe just ask for key at reception. Beach is just in front of hotel. There is a lot of building work happening right next door but this didn't affect us they only work throughout the day & the party street also next door but the noise was very quiet in the hotel. Breakfast very good, great selection.

Good, clean hotel. Polite and helpful staff. Beds a little hard, but air conditioner and fridge worked great. Breakfast pretty good, but could use more meat selection. Pool small but functional- would be nice if they shut off street access- many guests come and take a shortcut through the pool area to the lobby, making for unnecessary traffic for pool users
