The staff was really friendly and attentive. That is not just cause they agreed to not charge me for parking for writing a review. The location was pretty good for not being in the old town area. Old town was about a 5-10 walk from the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, not great but had plenty for what I needed. This is probably the best place you can stay outside of the Old Town area. The only bummer is the spa area is a bit confusing (you need to inform them you want to use it and it is a separate charge).

Had a great stay here. Location is excellent just by the train station and close to bus 22 to airport. About 15 mins walk to old town, which is also great. The room was comfy and big enough for me to have my things and also be able to walk around. No stupid glass door to bathroom so loved that!! Breakfast is OK but would have liked more healthy options such as oatmeal and sourdough bread. 3 elevators so never much time to wait to go up. Didn't try the fitness area as I was sick during my stay, but lovely that they have one so one can stay active. Suggestions for improvement: none really, keep up the good work. Maybe breakfast can start earlier, as I enjoy going up early.

Rooms are good enough, mostly clean, but housekeeping is only every 2 days, which you are informed about only at check-in. Comfortable beds. Bathroom with no curtains (!), not sure who enjoys taking their shower in full view of the rows of office windows in front. No box with paper tissues in the room: this adds to the general feeling that the hotel tries to cut costs, and corners, like with the understaffing. Generally almost all the staff seems very young (students?), but generally friendly and competent. Breakfast is overcrowded, especially between 9 and the strict closing time of 10 (why not keep it open til 10:30 or 11:00 like other hotels in the region?). Worst croissants ever and low-grade watery jam. Good fresh fruit and nice pancakes, but long waiting line.
