Our stay was excellent, the hotel staff were extremely friendly, especially the manager Angelo. The room was well designed and I was able to share it comfortably with a friend. The bathroom was spacious and bright. The breakfast was carefully prepared and varied. The hotel restaurant was also great, we loved the pizza of natural fermentation and also a dinner prepared in the Italian style. It also has an excellent location close Rome's main atractions.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure Roma Centro Termini. The hotel has a cozy and charming atmosphere, is centrally located, and well integrated into a beautiful historic building. The rooms are modern with a distinct Italian touch, well-equipped, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Friendly service throughout, and my ALL status was recognized without any issues – much appreciated! A few quirks, though: The fruit on the room was a kind gesture, but please don’t pre-cut it – it makes you wonder how long it’s been sitting there. Also, the body lotion placed next to the bed left me a bit puzzled – not sure how to interpret that one 😉. The breakfast area is quite small and fully visible from the street, which feels a bit exposed. Checkout was a little chaotic – invoices were mixed up with colleagues’ and the billing address had to be corrected. Still, overall a very good experience and a nice place to stay when visiting Rome!

The hotel staff was friendly, but the restaurant, despite good food quality, was very noisy and crowded. A man named Angelo, who introduced himself as the manager, was watching videos loudly on his phone in the public restaurant the entire time, filling the whole room with sound. I waited nearly fifteen minutes for him to bring the bill.
