The room (Junior suite) was spacious and clean. Beds as always very comfortabel. Breakfast and restaurant super! And the most important thing... the staff is so friendly and helpfull which makes us feel very welcome!
Highly Recommend to others Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to Junior suite. Room was spacious and clean. Nice to have free bottle of water during the night hours . I only wish they could recruit more English speaking personnels . But asides that everything was good
Rooms are not good aspected. Lobby area, restaurant is nice. Housekeeping staffs are always sad looking, ac performance is very very poor, overall cleanliness is good. Windows can not be open due to piled up years of birds poo with odor. Maintenance and related service action is a kind of pathytic. Overall claimed 4 star of the hotel maybe for the exterior not for the internal services.
