The room was great - clean, convenient, spacious (we had a river view). The mountain river produces constant noise, but that's nature - we slept well. The bed was pretty comfortable, had two separate mattresses put together with a topper (which we removed). The breakfast was really great even to European standards. The lunch in the restaurant was not that good - despite excellent breakfasts, their cuisine looks like the chef is still training, at a pretty high price. But there are many excellent restaurants in the range of 1 minute walking. Large swimming pool. No territory - just a building in the street. Very nice and welcoming service! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone not expecting a luxury 5 star resort.
Hotel is generally OK, however a few items require improvement: (1) Service at the front desk definitely needs improvement - in a couple of occasions we've requested things from the front desk which they insisted cannot be arranged and only after we've approached our local provider from which we've made the hotel order, these were "magically" made possible. (2) beds are one of the worst I have ever encountered in a hotel and sleep quality was accordingly bad (3) felt like room cleaning level is not up to a 4* hotel standard. On the positive side, hotel is well located, room quality & size is good & dinner at the restaurant was fantastic.
Great location, and indoor pool is ok, but the rooms are not big, the service odd at best. We travelled with a small baby, we reserved a room with a bathtub and requested a cot in the room, instead we got a shower and a pullout sofa, so we had to change rooms, always fun with an infant. Then we couldn't order room service because qr code could not be read, they always corrected everything but for a small amount of time we were there these small things really bothered us
