Excellent! I highly recommend the friendly and helpful staff! The view from our room on the 16th floor was beautiful! The heated pool was perfectly heated, making our stay more than pleasant, and the hotel is very nice! We liked the location, as it was the only building in the area, and the view was perfectly appreciated. The snacks at the bar were delicious and reasonably priced, and the breakfast was quite generous! I would definitely come back and recommend it!

11-01-2025 I was on a business trip, and at one point, I was informed that my driver had arrived. Since I had finished my work, I assumed this was accurate. I went downstairs, only to find that the lady in question was escorting five seamen to a vessel. I immediately contacted my agent to inquire about the situation. He clarified the issue, explaining that the hotel reception had made a mistake by informing me to come down. Unfortunately, when I returned to my room, I discovered two seamen inside. They appeared to be Russian. The housekeeper who escorted me to my room told me I had to wait with those seamen, The staff is not able to speak English, and the circus situation mentioned was ok for them. I promptly went back to the reception. After waiting for 30 minutes and trying to explain to the reception lady it was like I was speaking alien language she was repeating some spanish over and over like i was going to understand after 5 times what she was sayng, the staff did not even apologize for the error. They assured me that the individuals had vacated my room and I could return to it .
