Clean and comfy, Mercure standard👍 my favorite thing is this hotel is connected to a mall so you can get everything you need. Bonus you get Mahakam River view from your room (if you get a higher floor)
Nice clean rooms, staff is very kind and helpful.
The room is cozy and clean, would have been better if hotel can fix the window to stop the traffic noise. Bed/mattress and pillow are comfy too.
